Export from your LOS

Most LOSes have a Pipeline → Export → CSV path that's two or three clicks. We'll send a one-page export guide for your specific system if you don't already know how. You can include closed loans only, or closed + in-process, or your full contact database — whichever matches what you want LO Radar to work against.

Drop the CSV into LO Radar

The importer auto-maps the columns it recognizes (borrower name, email, loan close date, original amount, rate, term, ARM details, property zip). For anything it doesn't recognize, you point and click to map the column. The importer rejects rows that contain Social Security Numbers, credit-report pulls, or bank account numbers — we don't need them and won't accept them.

Add CSVs from prior jobs

Most LOs have past-client data scattered across two or three prior employers. Upload a CSV from each. LO Radar dedupes by borrower email + phone + property address, merges loan histories, and presents one consolidated career-book view. The deals hiding in the "pre-current-job" tranche are usually the surprise — that's the unworked back catalog.

Common questions.

What's the minimum data LO Radar needs to import?

Borrower name, contact email or phone, loan close date, original loan amount, current rate, term (e.g. 30-yr fixed, 7/1 ARM), and property zip code. With those eight fields per past borrower, LO Radar can run the full analysis. Additional fields (NMLS, branch, original LTV, current servicer) improve precision but are not required.

Do you connect via API or just CSV?

Both, depending on the LOS. CSV import works for every LOS today and is the fastest path to value (you're seeing your top 3 calls within 15 minutes). API integrations are available on the Enterprise tier for MeridianLink, Encompass (via partner connector), and a growing list. We are LOS-agnostic on purpose — we'd rather support every LOS at the CSV level than be deeply integrated with one.

What if I have past clients spread across two or three former employers?

That's the norm, not the exception, and it's exactly what LO Radar is built for. You import a CSV from each prior LOS (or from the spreadsheet/PDFs you exported when you left). LO Radar dedupes by borrower email + phone + property address, merges loan histories, and presents one consolidated career-book view. Most LOs are surprised how many of their best opportunities are hiding in the 'pre-current-job' tranche.

Can I import folders of PDFs from a prior LOS I no longer have access to?

Yes, on the Performance and Enterprise tiers we run OCR + structured extraction against PDF loan files. Send us the folder and we'll convert it to LO Radar-ingestible CSV during onboarding. This is a one-time service for new accounts and doesn't carry a per-document fee.

Does LO Radar integrate with my email or CRM for sending outreach?

We don't send messages on your behalf — see /security for why — but we generate drafts you can copy to your email, your CRM (BNTouch, Shape, Bonzo, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), or your phone. Drafts are formatted for plain text email, mobile-friendly subject lines, and short SMS. On the Enterprise tier, we can stage drafts directly into BNTouch, Shape, or Bonzo so the LO clicks send from inside their existing workflow.
